MLC 2006 Compliance

ComCrew software is MLC compliant. The MLC is a comprehensive international employment Convention adopted by the ILO International Labour Conference in February 2006. It contains seafarers’ rights to decent conditions of work and creates conditions of fair competition for shipowners.

VMS Group can assist with the payment of all crew salaries. With the Captains input, salaries are calculated taking into account any onboard cash advances, holiday pay and expenses. The system calculates the deductions and extra earnings that apply to the monthly salary, and you can track all of this on a single chart.

Contracts and forms

With ComCrew you can generate your custom company contract or a contract compatible with the ITF (The International Transport Workers' Federation). You can automatically fill in all personal information of the personnel, print it out, and sign it. All forms such as Assignment form, Designation form, ITF Employment Contract, Employment Contract, Certificate of Sea Service can be uploaded into the system and converted to a printable format.
